The range of NDIS accredited services supported and delivered by our Team include –

• Beach & Island 4WD Daytrip tours, taking Community Access to new levels,
• Adventure filled (or relaxing) customised Holiday trips & Accommodation,
• Respite Care Services (utilising our well-appointed northside apartment),
• Supported Independent Living (also on the northside, and growing)

We have recently added another customised vehicle to our Explorer fleet and developed a fully updated schedule of destinations and local events for our Clients to visit and explore, travelling in style. We update this website regularly with new ideas, and love to post plenty of action and travel photos on our socials

Our roles are typically popular with Northern Suburbs residents (Northlakes, Mango Hill, Kallangur, Brighton, Deagon etc) looking for plenty of work-life balance.

Some of our team are more experienced in the sector than others, however ALL our service super-stars demonstrate the following important attributes we value.

• Confident and clear communications skills, including building rapport.
• An outgoing, inclusive & supportive approach to Client care; and,
• Willingness to work in a team environment with an attentive attitude

As an accredited NDIS provider, applicants will also require suitability to obtain (or currently hold) a range of NDIS Industry specific qualifications including.

• Manual Handling experience in a supported living or community care type setting
• Cert III (or above) Disability Support, or willingness to enrol & obtain. 
• NDIS Induction Module completed
• Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Current First Aid (highly regarded); and
• Current Driver’s License (preferred).
