Yes, Daydream Explorers are a registered NDIS provider.
We welcome own support people are welcome on all overnight adventures, initial day support as an introduction / handover day or on availability. Each individual’s situation in considered, so please get in touch if you are unsure.
Service agreements are a requirement from the NDIS, however, Daydream Explorers service agreements have a no lock in contract and you are free to use our service as little or as much as you desire.
Bookings can be made on a casual basis when you have a specific date in need or you see a trip of interest. Or you can choose to have a standard weekly, fortnightly or monthly booking so you never miss out on the fun. We have current capacity Monday – Friday for regular support days and weekend supported adventures.
Being a registered provider like we are means, we applied to the NDIA and have met their strict quality and safety standards to achieve accreditation. We have proficient adherence to the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS code of conduct, through regular external audits reported to the NDIS commission for continued accreditation.
Of course! We have plenty of space onboard our specialised Explorer vehicles for your personal items. We aim to make all your experiences as comfortable as possible. If your personal items are particularly oversized, please just contact your liaison so we can accommodate.
