A day of history, learning, and meaningful conversation at the Gold Coast War Museum.
Our participants enjoyed an engaging visit to the museum, exploring exhibits that brought Australia’s military history to life. The outing sparked lively discussions as everyone shared stories of family members who had served, reflected on the impact of conflict throughout history, and respectfully discussed both the merits and the human costs of war.
Experiences like these encourage learning, conversation, and the sharing of different perspectives in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Of course, there were plenty of opportunities for memorable photos too, with participants posing alongside historic aircraft and even holding a decommissioned .303 rifle under museum supervision.
It was a fascinating day that combined history, connection, and plenty of great conversations—another memorable outing shared together.
